Feel It, Name It, Navigate It: Exploring Emotion with Children and Families

Come join us at the Victoria Gallery & Museum for a fun, family-friendly half-term event for children aged 5–12 and their caregivers! Children can explore emotions through art, games, mindfulness, and kindness activities — with prizes for participation. Caregivers can join expert talks and Be Free Campaign workshops to discover practical ways to support children’s emotional wellbeing. Enjoy refreshments and take home an Emotion Toolkit (while stocks last) to keep the learning going at home. See you there!
