Ladies!!

Our August walk was off the scale amazing!!

We are coming closer to home for September and our walk is on the 7th September 2025.

This is no ordinary walk.

We will connect you with yourself, other women and nature.

Time to pour in to you.

We explore many modalities which will support your mental, emotional and physical health whilst having fun.

We aim to give you tools for life and wellbeing.

This is a shorter event of 3 to 4 hours of walks, talks, breath, kundalini, Qi Gong and connection.
