Cross Challenge Joint Mid Lancs & Red Rose Cross Country @ Sefton Park

This is the Second Mid Lancs & Third Red Rose cross country of the season and will take place at Sefton Park on Saturday 22nd November. The UK Cross Challenge event at Sefton Park includes the British Athletics Cross Challenge and trials for European and World Athletics. A detailed timetable with specific race times and distances for the day will be published closer to the event,

Important things to note
Club vests MUST be worn by all athletes over 11 years (no Club T-shirts are allowed).
NEW numbers & a timing chip will be issued for this race only the number must be displayed on the front of the club vest.
Please arrive early for your race start as you will have to collect your new number & timing chip & warm up, also parking can be challenging.
All runners to register with CAAT Team Manager (Colette) to collect your numbers.
Don’t forget your safety pins, you will need four.
Keep your number safe as you keep the same one for each series of league events, it will cost you to replace it.
Appropriate footwear to be worn - TBA closer to the date.
