Training with Heather McAllister

Join us on Saturday, August 16th for a day of coaching with Heather McAllister.

Heather is a performance coach, a strength & conditioning specialist and an adaptive athlete specialist.

This will be a full day of hands-on movement, learning and practical tools to help you become a better athlete inside and outside the gym. Heather specializes in helping people find ways to move more effectively no matter what restrictions they might have. Teens are welcome.
