Kid-Friendly Fitness Class in Littleton!

FIT4MOM Southwest Denver has a new class time! Looking for a week day evening fitness class where you can bring your little one? Or, looking for some mom-ME time, while moving your body and connecting with other moms in your community? You are welcome and we cannot wait for you to JOIN US!

STRIDES 360®
Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout!

⌚️ 5:30-6:30PM
📍 Clement Park in Littleton

Either bring your little (maybe pack them a picnic dinner for the stroller?) or come alone for some solo time!
