About The Sound Healer
Tina Fleming is a dedicated sound healer whose practice weaves together ancient rhythms and modern intuition. Using the grounding resonance of the buffalo drum, the delicate tones of chimes, and the harmonic frequencies of sound healing bowls, Tina creates a meditative soundscape that supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and deep relaxation. Her sessions are both powerful and gentle—offering participants a chance to reconnect with their inner landscape and find peace through vibration. With a grounded presence and a heart for healing, Tina holds space for transformation, one vibration at a time.

Arrive With Intention
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. This event is a sacred space for restoration, so we ask that you enter with mindfulness and respect for the shared energy.

Honor the Silence
Once the sound bath begins, we ask that all participants remain quiet. Gentle breathing, stillness, and presence enhance the experience for everyone.

Respect the Goats
Our goats are rescues and part of our healing mission. Let them approach you naturally—no grabbing, chasing, or feeding. Gentle petting is welcome when they come to you.

Stay Grounded and Aware
The goats may wander among guests during the sound journey. Please stay aware of your surroundings, and use slow, calm movements to avoid startling them.

Phones on Silent
Phones must be silenced or turned off during the event. Photography is allowed before or after the sound bath, not during.

Bring What You Need
We recommend a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water. Dress in layers for comfort, and consider bringing an eye mask for deeper relaxation.

Honor the Space and Each Other
This is a judgment-free, inclusive gathering. Please show kindness and acceptance to all beings present, and avoid disruptive behavior.

Be Open to Healing
Emotions may arise during a sound bath. Let the vibrations move through you, and know you're in a safe, supported space.
