Chocolate & Wine Pairing Class - May 31

The adventure begins! Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling single-origin chocolate. Next, we'll pair four different international and domestic wines with 2 chocolates* each, all handcrafted at the The Chocolate Therapist and made specifically for pairing with wines (4 wines, 10 chocolates total). Shopping discount at end of class. *Chocolates are gluten-free, soy-free and the dark is made without dairy. (14-person limit per class to insure everyone gets plenty of wine, wines change every quarter!)

No alcohol option: Tea can be substituted for wine for the same price, and tea guests will recieve a $5 in-store credit for shopping after class. Please call or e-mail the shop if you have a guest that prefers tea at least 2 days before the class.

Vegan option: Please call or e-mail the shop if you have a guest that prefers all vegan chocolate at least 2 days before the class.

Please cancel your reservation within 48 hours if you are unable to attend. All classes sell out, so please give others the opportunity to participate.

Seating: Guests are seated with other guests at small round tables, 4-6 to a table, 14 people maximum per class. If this arrangement doesn't work for you, please consider booking a private event (10-14 guests).

The Chocolate Therapist makes handcrafted, all-natural chocolate onsite in historic downtown Littleton, Colorado. The chocolates are made with pure ingredients and organic flavoring oils, without the sugary, dye-filled centers of many chocolates. The clean ingredient profile makes their chocolate perfect for pairing with whatever you're drinking, whether it's wine, beer, spirits, tea or anything else.
