Aerial Silks Demo *FREE Class!*

Our aerial silks class combines strength and conditioning for a beginner-friendly work-out.

Instructor Alicia will demonstrate artistic sequences as well as strengthening moves that she incorporates in her Aerial Silks Strength & Conditioning class.

Attendees will have the opportunity to work out with the silks.

This is a FREE demo, but be sure to sign-up to reserve your spot.

What to wear: Clothing you can move in! Nothing loose and no rings or jewelry that could get caught in the silks.
