Get ready for an epic adventure filled with challenges, team work, and some friendly competition? Flourish’s 2nd Annual Amazing Race is all about getting out into the city, flexing your real estate muscles, and showing off just how well you know our fair city. Teams of 4-5 will race against the clock to complete hilarious, outrageous challenges that test everything from realtor know-how to who’s got the most creative ideas—and who’s got zero shame in the pursuit of sweet, sweet victory.
While it’s all about fun, the competition is real. The top teams will be walking away with cash prizes, so get your game face on and bring your A-game. It’s time to have a blast, show off your skills, and see who can dominate the race!

Team DetailsTeams will be formed randomly by a neutral party to ensure diverse group dynamics; Each team will consist of 3-4 member and teams will be provided a list of challenges, and a set time to complete as many tasks as possible. The team that completes the most challenges + accumulates the most points before the deadline of 1:30pm will winRules and Guidelines- Everyone will assemble at the Littleton KILN office August 7th at 8:30am and be divided into teams.
- There will be a very brief overview of the day to start off the event. The teams will then be given their list of tasks +challenges to try to complete before the event ends at 1:30pm. Teams must complete the challenges within the designated time frame (e.g., between 9am and 1:30pm MST).
- Teams do NOT need to complete all tasks/challenges - but the winning team will be the team with the most points, with the most completed challenges.
- All photos and videos must be submitted via the proper format by the end of the event; creativity and enthusiasm are highly encouraged.
- Teams will conclude the event at the Littleton KILN office at 1:30pm with a celebratory Happy Hour during which awards and prizes will be given out
Scoring and Prizes- Points will be awarded for each completed task as indicated; only task submissions submitted on the teams personal channel in connecteam between 9am -130pm on the 7th will be counted.
- Bonus points for creativity, team spirit, and completing the most tasks.
- The team with the highest total points will be declared the winner and receive a special prize.
Safety and LogisticsTeams are encouraged to carpool to minimize the event’s environmental impact.
