Join me for my first official Sound Healing sessions that I'm holding this week in Lobethal, SA.

Cost $35 (pay cash or by bank transfer)
Venue : Lobethal Lutheran Reception Centre, Church St, Lobethal, SA.
Dress code: super comfy, warm socks
What to bring: your own yoga mat, pillow/bolster, blanket and water.
Bookings required.

Please note Sound Healings are different to Sound Baths. There will be a guided meditation during the treatment, providing the opportunity for attendees to proactively rebalance and refresh their energy system.
Drinking lots of water prior to treatment is always advisable and eating at least 45 minutes prior to a session.
