During this workshop you will learn what the chakras are and how they reflect what is happening in our lives. Our chakras hold a wealth of information about how we are coping both physically and mentally with the world around us.
You will learn how to feel into your chakras to understand how they are functioning, identify imbalances, and learn how to bring them back into balance through various methods such as meditation, colour therapy, herbs, foods, crystals, essential oils and activities that can heal and balance each of these energy centres.
You will receive a list of chakra healing journal prompts to help you deep dive into any imbalances you may find.
Finally, you will learn how to use a pendulum to ascertain the health of your own chakras and for others.
You will end the day by making a chakra oil of your choice to take home
