"Breathe, Release, Surrender" Immersive Breathwork and Sound Healing

It is my absolute pleasure to combine energies with the lovely Kerry from @blooMintoHarmony to bring you "Breathe, Release, Surrender"

An immersive Breathwork and Sound Healing event designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

Winter is a time to slow down, reflect, and release, this event is your opportunity to embrace the natural rhythm of the season and create space for new beginnings. Let the healing energies of breathwork and sound guide you inward, magnifying clarity, peace, and transformation.

Your Winter Healing Journey Includes:
✨ A short, guided meditation to center your mind and prepare for the journey ahead.
✨ Transformative Breathwork to release stored emotions and tension.
✨ Sound Healing to restore harmony and balance through vibrational resonance.
✨ Reflection time with optional sharing to process and integrate your experience.
✨ An oracle card pull to receive guidance and messages.

This powerful session will incorporate the energy of the August Full Moon, making it the perfect time to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for renewal.

When & Where:

🗓 Saturday, August 9th
🕙 Doors open at 10:20 AM for a prompt 10:30 AM start, the session will run until 12:30 PM.
📍 221 McLean Road, Birdwood – Idyllically located in a serene, private setting that invites deep connection and reflection.

Limited to 12 places for an intimate and personalised experience.

What to bring:

Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided, but we encourage you to bring your favorite comfort items, such as an Oodie or additional blankets, please also bring a water bottle, journal, and pen

Breathwork promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and increases mental clarity, it helps release stored emotional tension, enhances self-awareness, and fosters a deeper connection to oneself. This practice can boost energy levels, improve focus, and support emotional resilience.

Sound healing operates on the principle of resonance, where specific frequencies resonate with the cells of our body, this resonance restores balance and harmony within our cellular structure, promoting rejuvenation and healing.

When breath and sound intermingle, the vibrational waves penetrate deeply into our tissues and energy centers, magnifying the healing process.
