Our half-day retreats are the perfect place to take some time for you, to relax and welcome in calm, peace & clarity.
� This retreat will focus on reflecting and releasing - what could we let go of, what small changes would improve our wellbeing, what are we grateful for.
But you can use it for whatever you need. It will be your place of peace & calm, where the outside world is left outside the door, and you find your inner tranquility beneath our twinkling fairy lights & window looking out to the sky �
We have our final few spaces left for this Saturday, where you can expect:
� mindfulness meditations
� mindful movement
� self-reflection, through journaling prompts & reflective meditations
� down regulation breathwork
� yoga nidra relaxation
� soothing sound bath
And as always, I’m sure it will be full of practical hints & tips, supportive group sharing & deep connection �
Perfect for people new to this, and experienced people alike. You don’t need to have done anything like this before. All are welcome and will be made to feel at home �
