Yin Schaff, MS, CNP, is the Health Ministries Coordinator for
the Wisconsin Conference. She brings a wealth of experience in acute cardiology and holistic, lifestyle-focused care, contributing to programs like lifestyle immersion and hydrotherapy. Her passions include plant-based cooking and international medical missions. Yin is committed to teaching a simple lifestyle cooking that includes most of your basic everyday plant-based foods.
