Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid is an evidence‑based, internationally recognized training designed to help adults support young people ages 6–18 who may be facing a mental health challenge or crisis. In this interactive course, you will learn how to identify early warning signs, how to listen without judgment, and how to take steps that guide a young person toward hope and help.

This is not about becoming a therapist. It’s about becoming that trusted adult who knows what to look for and what to do next—whether you’re a teacher, coach, bus driver, counselor, school staff member, youth pastor, or simply a caring neighbor or parent.

Through real‑life scenarios, practical tools, and open conversations, you will leave equipped to respond with confidence, compassion, and clarity. You will also learn how to connect youth to the right level of care and support in your school or community.
