Week 5 - WOAR 5-week road bike clinic

CLINIC DESCRIPTION
This women-only weekly road bike clinic provides a structured environment where it is fun to learn new skills and safe to ask questions. It is also a great place to make new cycling friends.

GOALS
• Support other women in gaining confidence by improving bike-handling skills, fitness and by sharing our passion for cycling.
• Learn the fundamentals of riding a road bike in a group environment (paceline).

REQUIREMENTS
A road bike and a helmet.
We will adapt to each woman and provide encouragement to learn and have fun!
NO FITNESS OR SKILLS REQUIRED

- GRADUATION. we will.meet after the clinic to celebrate, have drinks and snacks.
