First Day Hike

As we near the holidays it’s time to start thinking of what comes next, the new year! We are excited to once again be hosting our first day hike on January 1st right here at Herkimer Home.

Come start the new year off right with us, as you take a 2 mile self-guided hike along the historic Erie Canalway Trail starting from our beloved mansion at 1pm. Make sure you stop into the visitor center after to warm up and have some refreshments! Dress for the weather and remember to bring your snow boots, or snowshoes!
