Recognising the right time to seek advice and support through a dementia diagnosis can be difficult. We work with you at each step of this challenging journey, treating every individual with respect and dignity, whilst enhancing personal wellbeing and encouraging as much independence as possible.

Join us for a FREE Virtual Dementia Tour Experience, hosted by the specialist training provider Training 2 Care. This scientifically and medically proven method offers individuals with healthy brains a chance to experience what living with dementia might feel like. This immersive experience will help you understand how simple changes in the environment can significantly improve the lives of those with dementia.
