2nd Annual Freedom Day Festival

The Vadnais Heights Community Action Network (VHCAN) in partnership with the City of Vadnais Heights presents the 2nd Annual Freedom Day Festival! Join us for an evening of fun for the whole family to celebrate Juneteenth and learn about the many concepts of freedom throughout our shared American History! All are welcome to this free event!
