PCLA May Meeting

Join us for our April PCLA Meeting on May 8th, 2025, from 11:30 am -1:00 pm to network with fellow investors, industry experts, and other professionals within our community. We welcome Mark Burrier, Real Estate Legislation Guru. Lunch will also be provided by Attorney's Title Group. Shirley Worthy, with ATG, will be available for any questions you may have.

Meeting location will be at First Community Bank: Community Room Entrance-17820 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72223

A Little More: Mark has been a Real Estate Broker since 1997 and previously owned Century 21 Legacy Realty from 2016 to 2021. He is currently the Executive Broker at Century 21 Parker and Scroggins. Mark owns 58 rental units, holds an Active Contractors License, and since 1999, has been the Co-Owner of Advantage Property Management. His many talents also include being a Licensed Educator for the AREC. Mark has served his time as Past President for the Faulkner County Landlord Association from 2016 to 2018. Other commitments include Committee Member for FCBOR Legislative Committee, Committee Member for ARA Risk Reduction Committee, Committee Member for FCLLA Legislative Committee, and Chair of Risk Reduction for LLAA.
