After years of healing people through loss, I will be sharing the gift of making the most of today. Imagine 3 days near the ocean in a spa-like room, having time to connect with other women & having quiet time alone. You will have the opportunity to gather together as I share simple exercises to fuel your life.

I've often said that some of my most productive times are when I take time to get away and recharge.
