Join us on Veteran's Day for a special fundraiser in support of our friends at Veterans Inc.! We will be selling 1.5oz pours of J. Mattingly 1845 Navy Seal Edition whiskies for $20 with 100% of the proceeds going to the organization. This event is non-ticketed and open to the public. Even if you are not a whiskey fan there will be donation buckets set up throughout the pub that evening.
Whiskey options include...
• J. Mattingly Sea Edition •
A five year bourbon bottled at 127 proof. This bourbon is said to have an excellent balance with subtle baking spice notes on the palate. The finish is described as long, with seasoned oak and spiced cherry.
• J. Mattingly Air Edition •
A nine year bourbon bottled at 129 proof. This whiskey was created using J. Mattingly’s double-staved process using ex-bourbon casks. This whiskey is described as full-bodied and complex with sweet notes of crème brulée crust and graham cracker. The finish is maple syrup overlapped with gentle oakiness on the back end
• J Mattingly Land Edition •
A five year rye whiskey bottled at 119 proof. This whiskey is said to have subtle flavors of black pepper, white pepper, green apple, and cloves on the mid-palate. The finish contains hints of baking spice and a little dryness.
