Pints and Poses

Mark your calendars and join me Sunday, July 20th at 2 PM for Pints and Poses!

Once again, I'm teaming up with Fetish Brewing Company in Lititz for an afternoon of invigorating yoga followed by some relaxed socializing. We'll kick things off with a 60-minute lively yoga class, designed to be enjoyable for all levels and abilities—whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking to try something new, you're absolutely welcome!

Afterward, the good times continue with a complimentary pint of beer or craft cocktail, courtesy of Fetish Brewing! It's the perfect chance to connect with fellow yogis, grab a refreshing drink (or a glass of water if beer isn't your jam!), and just hang out.

This is going to be a super fun and welcoming event, and I can't wait to see you there!
