We’re taking over the park, and you’re invited. Whether you're riding the bus or driving with a parent, registration is required for every attendee.
If your student is not riding the bus, choose the Car Rider Registration option to secure their spot and receive all event communications.
Space on the bus is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
🗓️ Important Dates to Know:
June 18: Ticket sales open
July 4: Ticket sales close at 11:59 PM
July 6: Mandatory in-person parent meeting (after church – attendance required)
Note: Parents who do not attend the in-person meeting will receive a follow-up call to review trip expectations and forms.
🚌 Event Day Schedule – July 12, 2025:
10:00 AM – Students/Guardians arrive and meet with G1 Staff
10:45 AM – Bus departs for Six Flags
12:00 PM – Arrival at Six Flags
5:00 PM – Departure from Six Flags
6:00 PM -- Arrival back to PVBC (If earlier, parents will be notified)
Snacks and drinks will be provided on the bus ride to the park. All attendees should bring any personal items they may need for the day.
📌 Key Requirements:
+ All attendees must register, regardless of transportation.
+ Children 7 years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
+ Children requiring one-on-one attention must also be accompanied.
+ Signed permission and medical forms are required for each student and will be provided in advance.
+ Students will receive a color-coded wristband based on their group.
+ Students with allergies will receive an additional medical-alert wristband.
+ The park is cashless – parents should provide students with a debit/cash app card or arrange for cash app transfers if needed.
