Qigong in the Park

On Tuesday September 30th at 4pm I will be hosting a free qigong class in central park. Then, on Saturday October 4th, at 11am, I will host a second free qigong class in central park. Everyone is welcome to attend. Tell your friends spread the word. This will be much easier than tai chi!
