Fall SoundBath

✨Reserve your spot for a deeply immersive experience that uses therapeutic sound to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and wellness. Lay back, relax, and let go as the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, chimes and other instruments wash over you.

✨This SoundBath will be facilitated by Peggy Patty. Peggy has been offering sound sessions throughout the midwest for 25 years and holds a multitude of certifications.

✨There will be no movement required during this session. A limited number of mats, blankets, and bolsters will be available to provide a comfortable resting position on the floor or feel free to bring your own.

✨In order to maintain the best sound quality we’ve opted to use the small room so SPACE IS LIMITED AND ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. $30 is suggested. However, in the spirit of community, this is a Pay-What-You-Can session. Anonymous cash box and VENMO at the door.
