Free CPR training:

Thursday 16th October is world restart a heart day.

We are delighted to be hosting free CPR training on this evening in the clubhouse to promote the worldwide event.

Training is delivered by accredited Irish Heart Foundation Instructors who have worked in pre hospital emergency care and within hospitals settings in Ireland and the UK

To register for the event. Please use the link the below and select one time slot only.

Times available for training is
6:15pm to 7:15pm

7:30pm to 8:30pm.
