Tibetan Singing Bowls Meditation

I will guide you through a 1-hour healing meditation, with the frequencies and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls transporting you to your own place of relaxation, tranquility and healing. Allow yourself to let go and just be.

This session is suitable for complete beginners who would like to experience the gentle, calming effects of a guided meditation, as well as experienced meditators who are looking to expand and deepen their practice.

✨Please arrive from 7:50pm for 8:00pm start.✨
✨Please bring a yoga mat or similar to lie on, a blanket to cover yourself with and a small pillow.✨
✨You will be lying down during the meditation so please wear comfortable clothing. ✨
✨The session is £10 per person, to be paid cash on the day or via bank transfer prior to the session. ✨
✨ Please note that this class might not be suitable if you have a heart condition, suffer from epilepsy, depression, schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder. Please contact me with any questions or concerns prior to the class.✨
