Free Yoga In The Park

The sessions are set in the beautiful Alton Public Gardens and will be led by expert instructors who will help guide you through your yoga journey.

Every Sunday from 4th May to 31st August 2025. Everyone is welcome.

Bring a mat, some water and enjoy a relaxing hour of movement and mindfulness in nature. No booking required – just show up and stretch.
