Join us for a deeply nurturing and relaxing pregnancy retreat set in the tranquil surroundings of The Hay Barn just outside Alton. Designed for expectant mums, this special afternoon offers a chance to escape, relax and unwind in the most beautiful countryside setting.

What will this gorgeous afternoon include?
🧘🏻‍♀️ Pregnancy yoga session to help you prepare both physically and mentally for birth, including breathing techniques to help with labour, pregnancy safe moves and a way to connect deeply with your baby.

🎨 Acrylic paint experience, taking some time out to focus on your wellbeing, creativity and mindfulness. No art experience necessary!

🤰🏻Hypnobirthing birth preparation session ending with a beautiful guided relaxation, helping you feel confident, prepared and excited for birth!
