Bootcamp and circuit training

If you fancy a fun, friendly fitness class in Alton then come and try our Bootcamp & Circuits every Tuesday 7–8pm (term time) at Amery Hill School gym.
No pressure, just varied workouts you can do at your own pace with a wide variety of routines & equipment.
All fitness levels welcome – £7 a session.
