Experience the magic of Italy at LisAmore! 2025
LisAmore! is an annual celebration of Italian culture, bringing together the community and visitors for a vibrant day filled with authentic Italian food, live music, dancing, and Italian cars and bikes. Enjoy language workshops, captivating Commedia dell’Arte characters, and there’s plenty of activities for kids, including outdoor games, chess and soccer, Italian and Bundjalung language lessons, and creative craft fun.
Since its inception in 2016 by a team of passionate volunteers, LisAmore! has grown into one of Lismore’s most anticipated cultural events. Initially started to help strengthen our friendship city ties with Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto in northern Italy the event is also a celebration of the Italian community who has made the Northern Rivers their home.
Despite recent challenges, including droughts, fires, and floods, last year’s event drew an enthusiastic crowd, reaffirming the spirit of our Italian fiesta. With local accommodation options now reopened, now is the perfect time to gather your friends and family and join us for this vibrant celebration.
The event has moved to the beginning of July this year which is two weeks after the famous Lismore Lantern Parade. If you live far away why not consider coming up for an extended winter holiday and come to both events?
