An easy-moderate 5 mile mindful walk connecting with nature, the elements, self and each other. Taking time to Be and slow down and immerse ourselves fully in the experience.

There will be times for conversation to arise, times for silence, an optional wild swim in the quarry and time to connect with our surroundings.

Bring your own lunch. No dogs. Adults only. Open to both male and female.

The start is at Minions car park.
