If you’re ready to take your practice to the next level, then join us for this 4 day Rocket and Inversion Immersion. I wouldn’t call it a retreat…. because it doesn’t fit the picture, you are going to immerse yourself in 4 rocket sessions, 1 arm balancing workshop, 3 nightly Yin or Meditation sessions and a water recovery sessions. This is where transformation happens. Tap into a new energetic state with these incredible practices originating from Larry Schultz’s take on Ashtanga Yoga.
There will also be time to chill, eat, bathe in the fresh air and connect with other Rocket practitioners. At the unfrequented lake in the middle of Portugal, there’s options to rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards (SUPs) and try your hand at the wake boarding resort tow, so your days can be full of adventure surrounded by nature.
This yoga weekend (Thursday to Sunday) will be led by Zoe Taylor and Chanel Tisluck both teachers and practitioners of Rocket Yoga. Accomodation and all food included, our wonderful private Chef Kimberly Wiltshire, a yogi herself will be nurturing our bodies with delectable vegetarian food.
