Ransom County Beef Update

We will be hosting the 2026 Ransom County Beef Update and BQA certification on Tuesday, February 17th. This program will take place at the Ransom County Expo Building in Lisbon, ND. We are starting of the program with a noon meal and then kicking off the afternoon at 12:45pm with a Beef Marketing Update with Tim Petry, NDSU Livestock Marketing Extension Specialist. Then we will move into the BQA certification program which will be conducted by Lisa Peterson and her team. We are asking for individuals to pre-register so we can plan for food and seating. For those wishing to get their BQA certification there will be a $20 fee collected that day during the certification. If you have any questions please reach out to us at the Extension Office. To pre-register please contact the Extension Office by February 9th.
