Playing with the Shadow is a creative workshop which aims to begin or compliment the process of the liberation and integration of the ‘disowned self. It is a playful approach to ‘shadow work’ using expressive practices such as mask work, Theatre, Clown and Bouffon applied to the exploration of the inner world.

Workshop facilitator: Jaime Mears brings more than 20 years of experience in Physical Theatre, Bodywork, Clown and Bouffon - where she dives deep into collective shadows of Western culture. Her work is also rooted in personal journeys through psychodrama and psychoanalysis.
