Heart Connections – Tantric Relating Workshop
A space to meet others with presence and openness.
Practices are inspired by Tantra and Authentic Relating .
We’ll explore connection through eye contact, conscious touch, contact movement, and shared presence.
We will practice:
- Connection to others from presence
- Giving and receiving by opening our hearts
When : Saturday, 9 August, 16:30–19:30
Where : Little big apple, Lisbon
Contribution : €25 before 8/8; €35 on 9/8

* This space is open to all - whether you're coming alone or with a partner.
* It’s a non-sexual workshop, focused on connection through the heart.
* You're always encouraged to honor your boundaries.
