Breathwork For Black Men

Sometimes you need a space to exhale.

To let it go. To be real. To not hold it all together.

This isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about giving yourself a break from the pressure, the performance, the silence.

It’s a space to rest, release, and remember who you are underneath it all.

Just Breathe is a breathwork class created for Black men—fathers, entrepreneurs, brothers—who are carrying a lot and don’t always have a place to put it down. You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to try something different.

We’ll breathe together to:

- Let go of stress and tension, you might not even realize you’re holding

- Reconnect with your emotions, without judgment or shame

- Reset your nervous system and feel more at home in your body

- Be in community with other men who understand what you’re carrying

This isn’t about being soft.

It’s about strength—the kind that says, I deserve to feel peace, too.

There’ll be music. Stillness. Space to reflect.

No forced sharing. No pressure to say or do anything. Just a space to show up, be seen, and breathe.
