About the event

Yoga and Ayurveda Day Retreat
Join myself, Laura and Tess for the day to learn about how to learn how to practise yoga and eat in tune with your constitution (dosha - Kapha, Pitta and Vata) and the changing seasons. Vegetarian lunch and goodie bag included.

There will be three yoga classes - an uplifting class to balance Kapha, a cooling class to balance Pitta, and a restorative class to balance Vata. The day will close with a beautiful Tibetan Bowl sound bath. There will also be delicious shrinks and snacks throughout the day and a choice of lunches.

All ages and abilities are welcome, including beginners; it will be a pleasure to welcome you!
