Stedham Wartime Weekend

The Stedham Wartime Weekend" we have for the past 4 years run our event to raise funds for a veterans charity called project 71 in August of each year . Unfortunately this charity has now wound up and we will now be supporting the SSAFA for this year's event.

We are an event that year on year is getting bigger and bigger and this year will have around 30 military vehicles , and various displays including including demonstrations of military equipment , historical talks , and wartime musical entertainment, A Barbecue. This year we will have a big focus on VE & VJ day with an appropriate memorial service held during the weekend , with some (regrettably few now) veterans invited to attend.

This is very much a family focused event with the opportunity for kids to "Clamber" on board some of the vehicles and be educated about the war and some of the major campaigns that took place.
