These sessions are relaxed and practical, with simple advice and gentle exercises you can use straight away at home.

* Everyday tips to reduce the risk of falls
* How to move with more confidence and feel safer on your feet
Everything is explained clearly, with plenty of time for questions.
👥 Who it’s for
* Adults aged **65+**
* Anyone who’s had a fall or feels a bit unsteady
* Those wanting to stay independent and active
* No previous exercise experience needed
Exercises are **gentle and optional**, with seated alternatives available.
