This outing benefits Embrace Transition Community, a nonprofit dedicated to providing resources to adults with autism and other intellectual disabilities. Currently, there is a significant gap in services for adults with intellectual disabilities, particularly those with autism. At Embrace Transition Community, it is our collective goal to ensure that every member of our community has access to the support and resources they need to lead fulfilling lives.
Together, we can make a profound impact on the lives of those in our community who need it the most. Let's come together to unleash hope and build a future where every individual, regardless of ability, can thrive.

Register your team by June 30th for early bird pricing of $350! The fee per team is $400 and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Games will be available for an additional cost throughout the day and we will end the event with a raffle! ⛳️
