July antenatal and postnatal support class

Come join Jo and Sam for are locally run antenatal classes 🤗 running over 4 weeks from 17th July 2025- covering everything from, going into labour, breathing techniques, pain relief, birth, care after birth, breastfeeding and formula, bringing baby home, baby wearing, baby first aid, helping you navigate the early days! And much much more!

If you want a friendly, sociable and interactive class, delivered in small groups of 6-8 to support you through your pregnancy and beyond come and join us- you’ll love it!!
