August Moonlight Paddl

Thursday, August 7th. We will be returning to Linden to paddle upstream from the Mill Pond to the Whiskey Glasses Saloon on Lake Ponemah. We are in luck this month, not only is the almost full (full moon is August 9) Sturgeon Moon expected to rise around 8:15 but we will be in the midst of the Perseid meteor shower.

As usual, be there in time to unload, sign in, park and have paddles wet by 6:30. You will need to wear a proper fitting life jacket and have lights for your boat so you can be seen. We will be able to park our boats on Vinny's beach then walk next door to the restaurant. Please, no dogs.
