The vibration of Vajrasattva Mantra (also known as the 100-syllable mantra) is immensely purifying, on all levels. Vajrasattva is a buddhist deity and the embodiment of purity. In this Vajrasattva Mantra “Soak”, we will begin chanting the mantra together (beginners absolutely welcome). You will then be gently guided through a series of restorative yoga asana (postures held for 5 minutes or more while luxuriously supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets etc). You may choose to lie silently, soaking in the vibration of live Vajrassatva Mantra chanting with harmonium. Or you may choose to chant the Mantra along with the group, exploring your relationship with the rich, potent sound and how it vibrates your soul...
You may choose to dedicate the mantra to those you love or hold the vision of the entire world in your Heart as the rich medicine of matrika shakti (energy of spiritual sound vibration) travels far beyond your being....
