Join us for a two-part wellness experience designed to ground your body and calm your mind.

We’ll begin at 8:00 AM at Fausto Coffee for a brief welcome and intention-setting talk. Then, we’ll head to South Mountain State Park for a guided Forest Bathing session, where you’ll slow down, tune into your senses, and reconnect with the natural world.
