Yoga On The Lawn & Afternoon Tea

These sessions are designed to encorporate 3 great healers, Yoga, Nature & Nourishment. But actually when you also receive like minded connection and insights to how the fresh veg is grown, harvested and eaten, along with smiles and laughter too, you get even more.



Starting at 1pm there will be a 90min yoga and guided meditation session. We aim to enjoy this under the majestic Weeping Will tree, however incase of severe wet or cold weather this will be enjoyed in the glass house, where you can still enjoy the beautiful Linconshire Wolds Horizon.



Then a short tour is offered to walk around the farm learning what is growing, where and how. Always somethng to learn and take away with you.



Then we will sit and enjoy the spoils of the wonderful food the farm produces. The amazing seasonal soup, scones served with the home made jams, sweet treats and more. Always super tasty. And Vegan and Gluten Free always catered for.
