Workshop for Healthcare Facility Water System Safety Vendor Registration

We would like to extend an invitation to you for an exhibitor at the Workshop for Healthcare Facility Water System Safety on Friday, June 6, 2025. The event will run from 8 am to 4 pm. The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites, 1040 P Street, Lincoln Nebraska 6850.

The workshop will explore the prevention of waterborne organism exposures in healthcare facilities across the state.

Key Points to Consider at the Workshop:

· Basic plumbing and structural risk for waterborne pathogens

· Testing for waterborne pathogens

· Facility risk Assessments and water management plans

· Mitigation methods for water systems.

If you’d like to be a vendor, here are the details:

· $500 for an exhibitor booth

· We expect more than 200 attendees.

· Sponsorships for breakfast and/or lunch are welcome.

Vendor Information:

Vendor registration includes one 8x8 space with pipe and drape, 1 6 -foot table with linen, w chairs & 1 wastebasket. Power is included with each booth. Registration also 1 meal and 1 conference attendance per vendor registration. If a vendor desires a larger space, more than one table will need to be purchased.

Registration fees includes 1 boxed lunch and 1 conference attendance per vendor registration. Boxed lunches will be provided by Nebraska APIC. Does NOT include breakfast.

• Vendors will need to be responsible for packing up, addressing, and calling for pick up from preferred vendor. The hotel does not have scheduled pickups for UPS or FedEx, they must be contacted for pick up by the vendor shipping out.

• Any items vendors have placed in their area are out “at their own risk”; there will be no security monitoring in that area if they leave their space.
