Event will be held inside the Fox Sports Dome at the international motor sports hall of fame building. Next to Talladega speedway.
Event is 10 am until 4pm vendors can leave at 3:30.

The Flip Trade Show will be sponsoring several tables of sports cards and collectibles dealers.
We will have:

Free entry for kids 12 & under
Free Kids activities
$5 Entry for those 12 and under for the trade show. The motor sports Hall of fame is a separate entity and entrance fee. cash & payment apps only, no cards. All tickets bought at the door.
This will be a family friendly event. No items for sale should require an 17+ age verification.

What is a general trade show? It’s geared towards the general public to generally offer something for everyone. A wide range of all types of items. We are open to vendors of ALL types, local products, services, businesses, resellers, former retailers with innovatory. Guy stuff, women’s categories, kids things, Food, Fishing, Hunting, Outdoors, Sports, Collectibles, New & vintage items, antiques, Artist, Farmers market vendors, creators, crafters are welcome as well! We are open to anyone, not just businesses and professional vendors. Skip the hazards of outdoor events. No more rain or shine, hot or cold, dirt, dust, pollen, smoke ect. to worry about with our indoor general trade show! We strive to offer an atmosphere nicer than a flea market but not as high-end as say the Home & Garden show.

Food Truck Spaces $90
10x10 spaces $80- w/ 1 chair no table
8x10 spaces $75 - w/ 1 chair no table
6’ table 6x6 spaces $65 - 1 table & chair
+$10 for wall spaces with shared power access. Limited number of these in each.
For rent:
Extra 6’ table $15

6’ Table cover $10 (you keep)
Only 3 booths max per vendor.
All booths come with 2 vendor passes.
Extra Passes are $10, comes with a chair.
No extension cords unless your space is on the wall. You must sign in before setting up. Setup will start at 7:30am Saturday morning. Do not try to set up inside before 7:30am. You can get there early to start unloading. Prohibited items include anything that needs an age verification. No real weapons of any type, ammunition, fake or counterfeit merchandise, nothing alive that moves including but not limited to animals, (plants are fine). No fireworks, explosive devices, tasers, profane or adult pornographic material, no political/social issue items or material allowed. No games of chance, cannabis related products or any other item(s) deemed by the event, venue or city of Lincoln.
Besides that we are open to almost any category. All vendors must fill out a registration form, a google doc we send you. You will be approved as soon as possible. We want EVERYONE but we will keep the selection of items as balanced as possible to prevent over saturation. Once approved you will be required to pay for the space within 7 days. A wait list will be started for all categories and upon sellout. All vendors must comply with any city, county and state sales taxes on their own here. Food vendors are required to have a Talladega food permit. There are no refunds unless it is an emergency.
Southern Trade Days, The Venue or City of Lincoln are not responsible for any merchandise. Police and security will be provided for the general protection of the event. It is up to each vendor to police their own space. Please do not interfere with your neighbors' space. Either by entry or vending you assume all risk of property, injury or illness.
