The 3rd Friday of every month is the date to put in your calendar!!
I will be at the beautiful Chapel, at Bishop Grosseteste University Lincoln, at 11am, for a lovely, relaxing daytime sound bath.
Price is £20 per person.

It could be your new favourite thing to do!
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath completely immerses, or ‘bathes’ you in sound.
My sound baths usually last for around an hour. Participants lay on a yoga mat or padded mat or if they struggle to lie down, they can sit in a reclining chair for the duration of the sound bath.
After settling in with a guided relaxation and grounding I then play the instruments in a way that encourages the conscious mind to let go and the unconscious mind to take over, which is where the deep relaxation occurs and our parasympathetic nervous system is activated, which is responsible for our natural self-healing ability.
Each person’s experience of a sound bath will be unique and people are always presented with the experience that they need in that moment.
Some people fall asleep, some see colour, some experience visions, others have physical sensations like tingling or pins and needles, feelings of heat or cold, heaviness or a sense of weightlessness.
Following a sound bath people often report increased feelings of wellbeing, contentment and balance, improved sleep quality, reduction in feelings of stress and anxiety alongside other physical benefits.
What to bring:
Please make sure you wear warm socks, comfortable clothes and bring with you a drink of water, a yoga mat or padded mat, a pillow, an eye mask if you need one and a blanket or two. It can be cold laying on the floor sometimes, even on top of a mat, so laying on top of a blanket as well as underneath a blanket can help enormously.
If you are not comfortable lying down you may bring a reclining deck chair or similar to be seated on instead. Please let me know upon booking so I can plan the room layout.
Are sound baths suitable for everyone?
No! There are some exclusions.... sound baths are not suitable in the following circumstances:
Pregnancy (1st 12 weeks)
Deep vein thrombosis
Sensitivity to sound/conditions triggered by sound - some cases of Epilepsy (again speak to me to check)
Pacemaker/defibrillator (instruments not to be placed on or too near to the affected area)
Any metallic implant (instruments not to be placed on or too near to the affected area).
If you have a medical condition or concerns and are unsure if a sound bath is suitable for you, please contact me directly on 07500137365 or by email at
